       and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever, shall
       and will Warrant and for ever Defend  In Witness whereof I have
       hereunto sett my hand and seal this first day of January Annoq.r
       Domini Seventeen hundred and sixty three

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written
      
       January 1.st 1763   Then Received the sum of one hundred
       Pounds Current Money it being the Consideration Money within
       mentioned   Witness                                     John Wood      (s)

          Be it remembered that the within named John Wood came
       before me one of his Lordship's Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel
       County and acknowledged the within Bill of sale to be his act
       and Deed according to an Act of assembly in such cases made
       and provided by me this 1.st day of January Anno Domini
       seventeen hundred and sixty three
