       Witnesseth that the said Anne Hammond & Henry
       Griffith for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Pounds sterling
       to them in hand paid by the said William Aldridge at or before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof they the
       said Ann Hammond & Henry Griffith do hereby acknowledge
       and themselves therewith fully satisfied contented & Paid & thereof and
       therefrom & from every part & parcell thereof do fully Clearly and
       Absolutely Exonerate acquit and Discharge the said William Aldridge
       his Heirs Executors administrators and every of them forever  Have given
       granted Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these presents
       do fully Clearly & Absolutely give grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and
       Confirm unto the said William Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns forever all
       such Part of a tract of Land called Favour and Ease situated
       & lying partely in Frederick County and partely in Baltimore
       County containing by Patent One Thousand four hundred & sixty
       six acres of Land (the said part of Favour & Ease Beginning
       at a Bounded Chesnut being one of the Bounded Trees of the
       Whole Tract and running with the Exterior lines of the whole Tract
       the following Courses (Viz) south seven degrees West fourty
       four perches south forty two Degrees West Ninety three perches
       south forty five degrees West Eight perches, North Eighty four
       Degrees West seventy Seven Perches south thirty one Degrees West
       Twenty four Perches to the Land called Shiverses Integrity, then
       South forty Eight degrees East Ninety Six Perches to the Land
       called Parrs range then Bounding on the said Land the
       four following courses Viz North forty two degrees East four
       perches south forty two Degrees East One hundred & Ten perches
       south One hundred & Ninety Nine Perches East Ten
