       North seventy Eight perches to the End of the Thirtieth
       Course of the afd Shiverses Integerity then bounding on the said Land
       Reverse of the courses thereof the two following courses south Twenty
       six Degrees East One hundred & Twenty six perches, south thirty
       four perches Then North Eighty four Degrees East Eighty Perches
       south thirty Eight degrees East Eighteen perches North forty four
       Degrees East thirty four perches North forty Eight Degrees East Thirty
       six perches  North forty degrees East forty Perches North thirty Two
       Degrees East Twenty two Perches  North sixty Eight Degrees West
       thirty Eight perches  North five degrees thirty Minutes West one
       hundred & ninety six perches to a Bounded White Oak another of the
       Original Bounders of the afd Favour and Ease then North sixty
       four Degrees West One hundred and sixty Eight perches to the End of
       the Thirteenth Course of the Resurvey of Buck Bottom then
       Bounding on the said Land the five following courses Viz North thirty
       degrees West, sixty perches North Eleven Degrees East thirty four
       perches East forty two perches  North forty six degrees East fifty
       perches North ninety four perches then with a streight line to the
       first Beginning Containing and now laid out for Five hundred
       and forty six Acres of Land More or Less together with all and
       singular the premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or in any Wise appurtaining  To have and to hold the said
       five hundred and forty six acres of Land afd together with all
       and singular the Premisses and appurtenances unto the said
       William Aldridge his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only
       proper Use and Behoof of him the said William Aldridge
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever  And the said Ann Hammond
