       now laid out for seventy Acres of Land More or Less together with
       all & singular the Premisses & appurtenances to the same or any part
       or parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appurtaining

       To have and To hold the said parcel of Land together with all
       & singular the Premisses & appurtenances unto the said Benjamin
       Clary his heirs and assigns for Ever to the only proper use & behoof
       of him the said Benjamin Clary his heirs & Assigns for ever
       And the said Ann Hammond and Henry Griffith do for themselves
       & their Heirs Executors administrators covenant promise grant
       and agree to and with the said Benjamin Clary his Heirs & Assigns
       that he the said Benjamin Clary his Heirs & Assigns shall and may
       shall and may Peaceably & Quietly have hold occupy posses & Enjoy
       the said bargained Premisses with their appurtenances free from the
       Let suit Molestation or Interruption of them the said Ann
       Hammond & Henry Griffith their heirs or any other Person or
       persons claiming by from or under them the said Ann Hamond
       & Henry Griffith their Heirs or Assigns will Warrant & for ever
       defend And further, they the said Ann Hammond & Henry Griffith
       their Heirs shall upon request & at the Charges in the Law of him
       the said Benjamin Clary his Heirs & Assigns make doe suffer
       Acknowledge and Execute any other or further act or acts thing
       or things in the Law Whatsoever that shall by the said Benjamin
       Clary his Heirs or Assigns his or their Councel Learned in the
       Law be reasonably divised advised or required for the Better &
       more sure making the said Bargained Premisses to the said
       Benjamin Clary his heirs & assigns for ever In Witness
       Whereof the Parties first above Written have hereunto set
       their hands & affixed their seals the Day & Year above mentioned
       Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of      Ann Hammond   (s)
