Ex.d   This Indenture made this Eleventh Day of December
       Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred & sixty two   Between
       Ann Hammond & Henry Griffith both of Ann arundel County
       in the Province of Maryland Widow & Gentleman of the one part
       and Benjamin Clary of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
       afd Planter of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said Ann
       Hammond & Henry Griffith for and in consideration of the sum of
       Five pounds sterling Money to them in hand paid by the said Benjamin
       Clary the Receipts whereof they the said Ann Hammond & Henry Griffith
       do hereby Acknowledge & thereof and therefrom & from every part and
       Parcel thereof do fully clearly & absolutely acquit Exonerate & Discharge
       the said Benjamin Clary his Heirs Executors & Administrators and
       every of them by these presents for ever   Have given, granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these presents do
       fully Clearly & Absolutely give grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffe &
       Confirm unto the said Benjamin Clary his Heirs & Assigns for ever all
       that part or parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Favour,
       & Ease situated & Lying partly in Frederick County & Partly in
       Baltimore County in the Barrans partly Between the Drafts of Lingamore
       & the Deasst of the Western Falls of Patapsco River (said part Butted & Bounded
       as hereafter Expressed) That is to say beginning at a Bounded White Oak
       being one of the Bounders of the whole Tract standing on a Ridge near a Draft
       of Patapsco Falls and running from the said Oak North seven Degrees West
       one hundred & Fifty seven perches to the End of the Twelfth Course of the
       resurvey of Buck Bottom then with the said Buck Bottom south
       Fifty Eight Degrees thirty Minutes West One hundred & Fifty Eight ps
       then with a streight Line to the first beginning Trees containing and
