       by the said Thomas Johnson Junior the Receipt whereof he doth hereby
       acknowledge  Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released
       enfeoffed and confirmed  And by these presents Doth give grant
       bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto him the said
       Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and Assigns  All that Tract or
       Parcell of Land lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid granted
       by patent to him the said Solomon Turner and on which he now
       Dwells called Solomon's Flower containing Fifty acres more or less
       Together with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways
       Waters Water Courses Timber Timber Trees Commodities Advantages
       Priviledges Improvements and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
       Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining, And the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
       and Proffits thereof and of every part thereof  And all the Estate
       Right Title Interest use trust property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Solomon Turner and his Heirs of in or
       to the same  To have & to hold the said Tract of Land and
       all and Singular the premisses with its Rights Members and
       Appurtenances to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs & assigns
       to the only Proper Use and Behoof of him the said Thomas Johnson Junior
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or  
       Purpose whatsoever Provided always that if the said Solomon Turner
       his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns the aforesaid sum of thirty
       pounds seventeen shillings and six pence Current Money with legal
       Interest for the same on the twentieth Day of December next then these
       presents and every article clause and thing therein to be Void; And
       the said Solomon Turner for himself his Heirs Executors and

On the Back of the afore Deed was further Written as follows Viz  I Thomas Johnson Junior the within Mortgagee for and in consideration of the within Principal Money & Interest thereon and the Charge of recording this Mortgage to me this day paid by the within Mortgagee Solomon Turner do remise release & for ever quit Claim to him the said Solomon Turner & his Heirs the within Mortgage & the Land & appurtenance therein mentioned the same now being in his actual possession:  Witness my hand & seal this 18 June 1763
