258 aforesaid with their and each and every of their appurtenances To have & to hold the said undivided one Eighth part of the afd Land with the Premisses and appurtenances to them and each of them severally belonging to him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said John Brice his Heirs and assigns, and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever, And the said Elizabeth Bordley for herself and her Heirs doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and assigns that she the said Elizabeth Bordley and her Heirs the afd undivided one Eigth part or portion of the several Tracts or parcels of Land afd unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and assigns against her the said Elizabeth Bordley and her Heirs and also against all & every person or persons claiming or to claim by from or under her them or any or either of them shall and will for ever Warrant and Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have interchangeably set their Hands and seals the Day & Year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered Elizabeth Bordley (s) in the Presence of Geoge Steuart & Steph Bordley On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received of John Brice the sum of seventy five pounds sterling Money of Great Brittain being the Consideration Money within mentioned, I say received this twentieth day of November Anno Domini 1762 Elizabeth Bordley Witness Geo Steuart |
