          that the said Elizabeth Bordley for and in consideration
       of the sum of seventy five Pounds Sterling Money of Great
       Brittain to her in hand paid by the said John Brice the
       Receipt whereof she doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and
       of every part and parcell thereof doth acquit exonerate and
       disharge the said John Brice his Heirs Executors and Admin.trs
       Hath granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed released
       and confirmed, and by these presents for herself and her heirs
       she the said Elizabeth Bordley  Doth grant bargain
       sell alien Enfeoff release and confirm unto him the said
       John Brice his heirs and assigns all that her undivided
       One Eight part or Portion of all the Lands whereof the
       said Matthias Vanderheyden dyed seized lying and being
       in Cecil County aforesaid which have come to her by the
       Testament and last Will of  her said Brother Thomas Bordley
       deceased and which is contained in several Tracts or Parcells
       of Land called or known by the Names of Warmust Coasters
       Harbour, Wheelers Warren, Hyde Park ^alias High Park^ Locust Neck, the
       Rounds Pasture Point and Brownley, and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits of them and of every part and parcell of them and also
       all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property claim
       and Demand whatsoever of her the said Elizabeth Bordley
       either in Law or Equity of in to o rout of the same undivided
       one Eight part or Portion of the several Tracts of Land
