Ex.d   This Indenture ^made^ this fourteenth day of November in
       the Year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty two Between
       Stephen Bordley of the City of Annapolis in Maryland Esq.r
       of the one part and Thomas Ringgold of Chester Town in Maryland
       aforesaid Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that the said
       Stephen Bordley for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred
       and forty Seven Pounds Current Money in hand paid by the
       said Thomas Ringgold the receipt whereof the said Stephen
       Bordley doth hereby acknowledge Hath Bargained sold and
       conveyed and by these Presents Doth bargain Sell and
       Convey unto the said Thomas Ringgold and to his Heirs and
       Assigns forever All that Part of the Tract of Land called
       Adventure resurveyed Scituate lying and being in Kent
       County in the Province aforesaid that lies between a Tract
       of Land called Partnership and a Part of the aforesaid Tract
       heretofore laid out by John Bordley for George Griffith
       Beginning at the original beginning Tree of the said original
       Tract of Adventure Resurveyed and running North East Three
       perches to the Land called Partnership and then with Partnership
       South East One hundred forty and Six Perches then south seventy
       four perches to the said Land laid out for George Griffith then
       with that Land North West One hundred and Ninety Seven  
       perches till it intersects the Last line of the said Tract of
       Adventure Resurveyed and thence with the said last Line to the
       Beginning containing by Estimation forty Nine Acres more or
       less with the appurtenances  And also the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust
       Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of in and to the aforesaid
       hereby bargained and sold Premisses or any part thereof with the  
       appurtenances To have and to Hold the said hereby bargained
       and Sold Premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas
       Ringgold and to his Heirs and assigns To the only proper Use and
