       as shall be apt and convenient in that Behalf, to which writ or Writs the
       said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman shall appear gratis in their
       Proper Persons or by their Attorney or Attorneys lawfully Authorized and shall
       Vouch to Warrant the Premises the said Bennett Green who shall likewise appear
       gratis in his proper Person or by his attorney or attorneys lawfully Authorized
       and shall and will enter into the said Warranty and vouch over to Warrant the
       same Premisses the Common Vouchee of the same court who shall thereupon
       appear and enter into the said Warranty and after Imparlance make Default
       and such further and other Proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good
       and perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries with Double Voucher shall and may
       be had and suffered perfected and executed in all things according to the usual
       form of Common Recoveries with double Voucher for assurance of Lands in such
       Case used and accustomed    And it is hereby further covenanted concluded
       granted declared and fully aggreed by and between all the said parties
       to these presents that from and after the suffering and Perfecting the said Recovery
       or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had suffered and perfected
       shall be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed construed and taken and are and
       were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror
       or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named, and he and
       they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the Recovered Premisses and
       every Part thereof to and for the uses and Purposes herein after mentioned that is to say
       as for touching and concerning all that Part of the said recovered Premisses
       lying Northerly and North Easterly of the following lines to wit  Beginning
       at a marked Gum standing on the North East side of a small Branch
       and near the upper line of the said Whole Tract called Content and
