249 Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land called Greens Rest belonging or appertaining, And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Bennett Green of into or out of the same tract or Parcel of Land or any Part thereof To have and To hold the same Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular the Premisses with its Rights Members and appurtenances to them the said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman their Heirs and Assigns, To the intend and purpose that they the said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman may be and become perfect Tenants of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a Common Recovery may be had and suffered against them in such Manner as is herein after mentioned, and for that purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that before the End of the next Provincial September Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Desseisin en le post at the costs and charges of him the said Bennett Green shall and may be brought and prosecuted against them the said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman in the Name of him the said William Macpherson as Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land called Greens Rest with the appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity Quality Number or Content of Acres or other Certainties and Descriptions as |
