251. Running thence South Thirty two Degrees Easterly till it intersects the said upper Line of Content then beginning again at the said Bounded Gum, and from thence running and binding unto the said Branch North thirty two Degrees Westerly Seventy Eight Perches then binding with the said Branch North Seventy three Degrees Westerly sixty four Perches thence North Fifty Degrees Westerly until it comes to the lower line of the said Tract of land called Content to him the said Gerrard Boarman his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Gerrard Boarman his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or purpose Whatsoever And as for touching and concerning the Residue of the said Recovered Premises to him the said William Boarman his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said William Boarman his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above Written Bennett Green (s) Signed Sealed and Delivered Will.m Boarman (s) in the Presence of Gerrard Boarman (s) James Brice & J Rogers Will.m Macpherson (s) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received on the Day and Year first within Written of and from the within Named William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman the quantity of Twenty Thousand Pounds of Tobacco being the consideration within Mentioned to be by him paid to me I say received by Bennett Green Wittness James Brice J Rogers |
