       And William Macpherson of the same county Planter of the third part
       Witnesseth that the said Bennett Green for the Docking Barring and Extinguishing
       all Estates Tail and all Revertions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or
       depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned
       and for and in consideration of Twenty Thousand Pounds of Tobacco to him in
       and paid by them the said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman at or
       before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby
       acknowledge, He the said Bennett Green (by and with the advice and consent of
       the aforesaid William Macpherson testified by his being a party to and his sealing
       and Executing these presents  Hath granted bargained sold aliened released and
       confirmed  And by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell alien release and
       confirm unto him the said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman (in their
       actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made
       by him the said Bennett Green bearing date the Day next before the Day of the date
       of these Presents for one whole Year commencing from the day next before the Day of
       the Date thereof and by force of the statute for transferring uses into Possession) their
       Heirs and Assigns  All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Greens Rest lying
       and being in the county aforesaid being part of a greater Tract of Land called Content
       Beginning at a Bounded Tree of Abraham Lemaisters standing in Zachariah
       swamp and so up the swamp as his line runs unto a Bounded White Oak standing
       on the North side of a fresh Run called Greens Run thence south East and by
       East unto the Exterior Line of the said Tract of Land called Content thence as the
       Exterior Line Runs backwards to the said Lemaisters Land and so binding with
       the said Le Maisters line to the first bounded Tree containing four hundred
       and fifty Acres of Land more or Less, Together with all Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges
