       Boarman and Gerrard Boarman their Executors administrators
       and Assigns from the Day ^next before the Day^ of the Date of these Presents for and during and
       untill the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing fully
       to be compleat and Ended, To the Intent and Purpose that (by force & Virtue
       of these Presents and of the statute for Transferring uses into Possession the said
       William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman may be in the actual Possession
       of the Premisses and be thereof by enabled to take and accept a Grant and
       Release of the Revertion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs for ever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
       in the Presence of                                       Bennett Green              (s)
          James Brice                                             Will.m Boarman Jun.r   (s)
          J Rogers                                                  Garrard Boarman         (s)

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz

            Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from
       the within named William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman
       the sum of five shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money
       within mentioned to be by them paid to me  I say received by
