       his Heirs and assigns for ever and the said Nich.o Ridgeley
       Warfield for himself his Heirs Executors adm.rs and assigns
       Doth Covenant promise grant & agree to and with the said
       Basil Dorsey his heirs and assigns that he the said Nich.o
       Ridgeley Warfield his heirs Executors adm.rs & assigns
       the said Land and Premisses hereby granted and sold or Mentioned
       to be granted or sold and every Part and Parcell thereof
       with all and singular their and every of their appurtenances
       unto the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and assigns against
       him the said Nicho Ridgley Warfield and against all & every
       person or Persons claiming by from or under him the said Nich.o
       Ridgeley Warfield shall and will warrant and for ever defend
       by these presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto Interchangeably sett their Hands
       and seals the Day and Year first above Written
       Sealed and Delivered

       John Burgess Junior

       Received of M.r Basil Dorsey The sum of One hundred
