Exam.d      This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of October
       Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty two   Between
       Nich.o Ridgley Warfield of Ann Arundel County Carpenter of the one part
       and Basil Dorsey of the same county Gent.l of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said Nich.o Ridgely Warfield for and in consideration of the sum
       of one hundred Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said
       Basil Dorsey before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
       Hath granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and
       by these Presents Doth grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoff and
       Confirm unto the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and assigns for ever
       all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Walnut Ridge Lying & being
       formerly in Prince Georges County but now in Frederick County
       Beginning at two Bounded Red Oaks, and one Bounded White Oak
       standing on the East side of a small Draught that leads into Doller
       hides Run and Running thence North sixty seven Degrees West
       Eighty four Perches then North fifteen Degrees East Ninety two Perches
       then North Thirty six Degrees West Ninety two Perches, then North
       Ten Degrees East Fifty three Perches, then North sixty one Degrees East
       seventy Perches, then North forty seven Degrees East one hundred and
       Eighteen Perches, then south Twenty two Degrees East one hundred
       and fifty one Perches, then south thirteen Degrees West seventy six
       Perches, then by a streight line to the beginning Containing and
       Laid out for Two hundred and seventy Eight Acres of Land more
       or less   To have and to hold the said Lands and Premisses
       with the appurtenances unto the said Basil Dorsey
