       with the said Nathan Hammond his Heirs Executors Admin.trs
       and assigns by these Presents that the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs
       and assigns, and all and every other Persons or Persons having or lawfully
       claiming and which shall or may have or Lawfully Claim any Estate
       Rite Title or Interest Either in Law or Equity of in and to the said
       forty square feet of Ground and premisses mentioned to be heareby leased
       or any Part or Parcell their off from by or under the said Benjamin
       Tasker his Heirs or assigns shall and will from Time to Time and at all
       Times for ever hereafter and request and cost and charges in the Law
       of the said Nathan Hammond his Executors administrators or assigns
       and upon his or their payment of the sum of seventeen shillings sterl
       Money of Great Brittain to the said Benjam Tasker his Heirs or
       assigns at one intire payment for and in the Nature of a Fine
       make and execute a New Lease to the said Nathan Hammond
       his Executors Administrators or Assigns of the said fourty
       square feet of Ground and Premisses mentioned to be hereby Leased for
       another Term of Ninty two years which said Lease to be made, shall be
       made to commence from the Determination of the said Recited
       Term of Ninty two Years hereby Leased and shall be made at
       and under the same annuate Rent and with the Like Covenant
       and agreement for Renewing for the further Term of Ninety two Years
       as are in these presents contained and that the said Lease shall be
       forever hereafter from Time to Time Renewed by the said Benjamin
       Tasker his heirs or assigns at the request of the sid Nathan Hamond
       his Executors administrators or assigns upon his or theire
