Exam.d   This Indenture made this 26.th Day of
       September in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty two
       Between the Honourable Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annapolis
       Esquire of the one part and Nathan Hammond of the said city
       Merchant of the other part   Witnesseth that the said Benjamin
       Tasker for and in consideration of the Rents and Covenants herein
       after mentioned hath demised Leased and to Farm lett, and by these
       Presents Doth Demise Lease and to Farm Lett unto the same
       Nathan Hammond his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns
       all the Remander of the Lott of ground lying and being in the City
       of Annapolis Numbered the Eighty Eight Lott that was not
       Leased unto M.r John Raitt Deceased it being forty square feet
       on one corner of the said Lott next to the Carpenters Lott as
       by the said Lease granted unto the said M.r Raitt will more fully
       appear to have and to hold the said fourty square feet of Ground
       with the appurtenances thaire unto Belonging unto him the
       said Nathan Hammond his Heirs Executors Administrators or
       assigns for and During and unto the full End and Term of Ninty
       two Years from thence next Ensuing and fully to be Compleated
       and Ended Yielding and paying therefore Yearly and every Year
       During the said Term hereby Demised unto the said Benjamin Tasker
       his Heirs and Assigns the Yearly Rent of seventeen shillings
       sterling Money of Great Brittain, and the said Benjamin Tasker
       Tasker for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns doth promise covenant and agree to and
