234 being the thirthy first Line of the said Land, at the End of Seventy even P.s on the said line, then with the said Land North forty two Degrees East Seventy Seven p.s to the End of the Said Line, then still with said Land, North fifty Deg.s East sixty one Perches and then with a direct line to the place where this part began, containing One hundred & seventeen Aces more or less with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any Wise appertaining; & also all the Right Estate Interest Benefit Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the said Amon Butler of in, & to all & singular the Premisses To have & to hold the said Parcel of Land & all and singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances herein before mentioned & Intended to be hereby Granted, to the said Patrick Dunkan his Heirs & Assigns for ever, to the only Proper use & Behoof of the said Patrick Dunkan his heirs & Assigns for ever And the said Amon Butler for himself, his Heirs Executors & adm.rs doth Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to and with the said Patrick Dunkan his Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assigns that he the said Amon Butler, the said parcel of Land & Premisses herein before mentioned & intended to be hereby granted, & every part thereof, unto the said Patrick Dunkan his Heirs & assigns against him the said Amon Butler & his heirs, and all persons claiming by from or under him or them shall & will Warrant & for ever Defend by these presents And further that he the said Amon Butler his Heirs and Assigns shall and will at all Times hereafter on the Lawful & reasonable request & |
