233 Exam.d This Indenture made the Twentieth Day of September in the Year of Our Lord seventeen hundred sixty two Between Amon Butler of Baltimore County Planter of the one Part, and Patrick Dunkan of the said County Farmer of the other Part, Witnesseth that the said Amon Butler for & in consideration of the sum of Fifty eight Pounds ten shillings Current Money in Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Patrick Dunkan, at or before the ensealing & Delivery of these presents, the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, Hath Bargained & sold & by these presents doth Bargain & sell to the said Patrick Dunkan & his heirs all that part of a Tract of Land called Butler's Farm that shall be limitted within the following Metes & Bounds Viz Beginning at the End of the south seventy seven deg.s West, One hundred & Ten Per: (being the Ninth line) of the said Butlers Farm & running with the said Land the fourteen following courses, Viz south sixty seven Degrees East ninety one Perches, south fourty Degrees East thirty Eight perches south Twenty five degrees West fourty four Perches North forty three Degrees West Twenty Eight Perches, North Ten Deg.rs East forty perches North Eighty Deg.rs West forty Prch.s North Thirty five Degrees West thirty three Perches, North sixty seven Degree West five perches, south fourteen deg.r West twenty six perches south thirty Degrees West ten perches, south Ten Degrees West thirty six perches, south seventy two degrees West thirty two p.s South West sixty Perches, south forty degrees West thirty Perches, then Crop the said Land North seventeen degrees West one hundred & Nineteen p.s till it intersects the North forty two Degrees East one hundred fifty four perches (being |
