(235) and at the costs and charges on the Land of the said Patrick Dunkan his heirs and assigns, make, do, acknowledge perfect & execute to the s.d Patrick Dunkan his Heirs & assigns, all and every such other & further lawfull & reasonably Conveyances & Assurances in the Land whatsoever for the further & better granting conveying & assuring the s.d parcel of Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Patrick Dunkan his Heirs and Assigns, as by the s.d Patrick Dunkan his heirs & Assigns shall be reasonably devised, advised or required In Witness whereof the said Amon Butler hath hereunto set his hand & seal the day & Year above written Amon Butler (s) Sealed and Delivered in the presence of NRuxton Gay Memorandum On the Twentieth day of September 1762 Came Amon Butler party to the within Deed & Acknowledged the Land & Premisses within mentioned, to be the Right, Title Interest & Estate of the within Named Patrick Dunkan his Heirs & Assigns for ever, At the same Time came Elizabeth wife of the sad Butler & being Examined as the Law Directs, acknowledged that she gave up her Right of Dower to the within mentioned Lands & Premisses freely and voluntarily & that without either, displeasure fear threats or ill usage of her said husband to induce her thereto acknowledged before the subscribers, two of his Lordships Justices of Baltimore County NRuxton Gay Will.m Lyon |
