Exam.d   This Indenture Tripartite made
       the Thirteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and sixty two Between
       Joseph Ensor of Baltimore County Gentleman and
       Mary Augustine his Wife of the one Part and John
       Rogers of            County               of the second Part
       and William Paca of Ann Arundel County Gentleman
       of the Third part   Witnesseth that the said Joseph
       Ensor and Mary Augustine his Wife for and in Considerat.n
       of the sum of Five shillings sterling Money to him in
       hand paid by him the said John Rogers at or before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       the said Joseph Ensor and Mary Augustine his Wife do
       and each of them Doth acknowledge and therof and
       therefrom do and each of them Doth hereby release
       acquit and discharge the said John Rogers his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns have and each of them
       Hath remised released & confirmed   And by these
       Presents Do and each of them Doth remise release
       and confirm unto him the said John Rogers (in
       his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of an
       Indenture of Bargain and sale to him hereof made
       by him the said Joseph Ensor bearing Date the
