221 of the Reversion and Inheritance of the said Land & Premisses hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be with the Appurtenances to him and his Heirs to such uses and Purposes as shall be thereby declared In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and seals the Day and Year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered Joseph Ensor (s) in the presence of J Rogers (s) Joseph Smith & Th.s Hands On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received the Day and Year within written of the within named John Rogers the sum of Five shillings Sterling Money in full for the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Joseph Ensor Witness Joseph Smith & Tho.s Hands On the Twelfth Day of August seventeen hundred & sixty two Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Mentioned Joseph Ensor and Acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act and Deed for the uses within Mentioned Taken before J Hepburn 7 sides Recorded the 30.th September 1762 |
