223 Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for one whole year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by force of the statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract of Plantable Land called Bohemia Manor situate lying and being in part in Cæcil County and beginning at the South Point of Bohemia and Elk River dividing and from thence Eastward up along the said Bohemia River near the Head thereof to Hermans Branch by Oppoquermin Landing Point and thence up the said Eastermost Run to the high Way Road and further along the said Road Northerly to Bohemia Back Creek Head running from thence Westerly Down to Elk River and southerly down the said Elk River to the Point on Elk and Bohemia River dividing or otherwise called Town Point or Cæcilton again being thus bounded on the south by Bohemia River East by a high Way Road North by Bohemia back Creek and West by Elk River let the same contain what Number or quantity of Acres soever together with all Messuages Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses, Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in anywise appertaininng And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of them the said Joseph Ensor and his Wife or either of them of in or to the said Premisses |
