       Lot and parcel of a Lot aforesaid and other the Premisses belonging
       or reputed to belong and also all the Right Tittle Interest Claim
       and Demand of them the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph
       Janson and each of them in to and out of the same and also in to
       and out of all that Lot or Portion of Ground numbered Ninety
       six and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular the Premisses and every
       Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Rights Members
       and Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use Trust Possession property profit Claim and Demand what
       soever both in Law and Equity of them the said Bartholomew
       Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and each of them of into and out
       of the said Premisses every or any part or parcel thereof
       To have and to hold all and singular the and every the
       Premisses herein before mentioned or Intended to be hereby
       granted unto the said Thomas Rutland his Heirs and Assigns
       to and for his and their sole and proper Use and Behoof
       for ever   And the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph
       Janson for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administr.s
       do Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Thomas
       Rutland his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Bartholomew
       Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and all Persons claiming by
       from or under them upon the Request and at the Charge of
       the said Thomas Rutland his Heirs and Assigns shall
