       as aforesaid in hand paid by the said Thomas Rutland
       at or before the Ensealing of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       they do hereby acknowledge and acquit the said Thomas
       Rutland his Heirs Executors and Administrators of every
       Part and Parcell thereof   They the said Bartholomew Pomeroy
       and Joseph Janson assignees as aforesaid Have and
       each of them Hath bargained and sold given granted
       released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents     
       Do and each of them Doth bargain and sell give grant
       release enfeoff and confirm unto the said Thomas Rutland in
       his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of an Indenture
       of bargain and sale bearing Date the Day next before
       the Day of the Date of these Presents to him made by the
       said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson for the
       Term of One Year commencing from the day next before
       the Day of the Date of the same Indenture and by force of
       the statute for transferring uses into possession and to
       his Heirs the aforesaid Lot or Portion of Ground numbered
       ninety five and also all that part of the Lot or portion
       of Ground numbered Ninety six conveyed and assured
       by the aforesaid Charles Carroll to the aforesaid Patrick
       Creagh together with all Buildings Improvements
       Messuages Tenements Hereditaments Rights Priviledges
       Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said
                                                                               Lot
