213 Day of March in the Year seventeen hundred and thirty by Mary Woodward and Elizabeth Sinn of the City of London in Great Brittain Co-heiresses of Amos Garrett late of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Esquire Deceased to the aforesaid Patrick his heirs and Assigns as by the same Indenture remaining among the Land Records of Ann Arundel County Court Referrence being thereunto had may appear And Whereas the aforesaid Part of the Portion or Lot of Ground Numbered Ninety six was by Indenture bearing date on or about the fourteenth day of April in the Year seventeen hundred and forty Eight conveyed and assured by release or confirmation by Charles Carroll of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Chirurgeon to the said Patrick Creagh his heirs and assigns the said Patrick Creagh at the Time of Executing of the same Indenture being possessed of the said Part of the said Portion or Lot of Ground as by the said Indenture now Remaining among the Land Records of the Provinc.l Court of the said Province of Maryland Referrence being thereunto had more fully and at large may appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Premisses and also of the sum of Five shillings sterling Money of Great Brittain to the aforesaid Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson Assignees as |
