Exam.d   This Indenture Quadrupartite
       made done and concluded this twenty first Day of August in the
       Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty two
       Between James Manning of S.t Marys County Planter son
       and Heir of John Manning late of the same county Planter
       deceased who was Nephew and Devisee of Cornelius Manning
       late of the same county Planter deceased of the first part, John
       Guither of the same county Gentleman of the second Part, Thomson
       Mason of the same county Esq.r of the third part, and John
       Luellinn of the same county Esq.r of the fourth part   Witnesseth
       that for and in consideration of one hundred pounds current Money
       to the said James Manning in hand paid by the said John
       Guyther and for and in consideration of fifty pounds current Money
       in hand paid by the said Thomson Mason, to him the said
       James Manning at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt of which said several sums the said James
       Manning doth hereby acknowledge and of every part and parcel
       thereof doth hereby acquit exonerate and discharge the said John
       Guither and the said Thomson Mason their Heirs Executors
       administrators and assigns respectively being for the compleat
       Purchase of an absolute Inheritance in Fee simple of and in
       the Lands and premisses herein after limited in use of the
