194 Possession the said Thomson Mason may be in actual Possession of the hereby bargained and sold Premisses and all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances and every Part and Parcel thereof, and may be enabled to accept and take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him his Heirs and Assigns To such uses as shall be thereby declared In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have here unto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year above Written James Manning (s) Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Will.m Wilson and Samuel Chace On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz 21.st September 1762 This day came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices for the Provincial Court and acknowledged the Within Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to the said Thomson Mason according to the true Intent and Meaning of the said Deed 6 sides Robert Jenckins Henry Recorded the 21.st September 1762 |
