191 or appurtaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said four hundred and fifty Acres of Land and every part and parcel thereof and all and singular the Premisses with the Rights Members and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Samuel Atkinson his Executors administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the date of these Presents for and during and untill the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended To the intent and purpose (That by force and Virtue of these presents and of the statute for transferring of uses into Possession) the said Samuel Atkinson may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Revertion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs for ever In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have here unto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered John Bennett (s) in the Presence of Samuel Atkinson (s) Henry Schoolfield Killiam Lankford One the Back of the aforegoing Deed was written as follows to wit Maryland |
