       Witnesseth that the said John Bennett for and in
       consideration of the sum of five shillings Sterling Money
       to him in hand paid by the aforesaid Samuel Atkinson
       at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
       the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged   Hath granted
       bargained and sold and by these presents Doth grant
       bargain and sell unto him the said Samuel Atkinson
       his Executors administrators and assigns, All those
       four hundred and fifty Acres of Land contained within the
       Metes and Bounds Courses and Distances following
       being part of a Tract of Land lying and being in Worcester
       County aforesaid called Choice containing twelve hundred
       acres) Beginning at a Marked Hickory standing on
       the West side of Nasyongo Creek near the Shallop Landing
       thence with a line drawn south fifty eight Degrees West
       five hundred and thirty six poles thence North West fifty
       pole thence North East One hundred and forty poles, thence
       North West sixty six pole thence North fifty eight Degrees
       East four hundred and thirteen pole thence with a right
       line to the first bounder containing four hundred and fifty
       acres of Land more or less Together with all Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities
       priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages
       and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the same four hundred
       and fifty acres of Land or any part thereof belonging
