192 Maryland to Wit Be it Remembered that on the thirteenth Day of September In the Year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred Sixty and two Before me the Subscribers one of the Right Honourable the Lord Prop.ry his Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland Personally came all the parties to the within Deed and Acknowledged the same Deed in due form of Law 6 sides Robert Jenkins Henry Recorded the 21.st of September 1762 Exam.d This Indenture Bipartite made done and concluded the Twentieth day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty two Between James Manning of S.t Mary's County planter of the one part and Thomson Mason of the same county Esquire of the other Part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of five shillings Current Money to the said James manning in hand paid at and before the sealing of these Presents by him the said Thomson Mason the Receipt whereof he the said Thompson Mason his Executors adm.rs and assigns doth hereby acquit exonerate and discharge to the said James Manning hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain & sell |
