       said John Philpot assigned as aforesaid together with
       all houses, out Houses Buildings Improvements
       or Advantage therein and all the aforesaid Tract or parcell
       of Land with its appurtenances unto him the said
       William Eversfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents
       have hereunto sett their Hands and Seals the day
