       for us and in our Names stead and places the
       within Deed to Acknowledge as our Act and Deed
       for the Uses Intent and purposes therein Mentioned
       and every other act or acts thing or things Effectual in
       the Law for the full assurance of the Land and
       premisses within Mentioned unto him the within
       mentioned William Everfield his Heirs and assigns
       for ever to doe and Execute   In Witness whereof
       we have hereunto set our hands and seals the
       Day and Year first above written

       Maryland fs.t the 25.th September 1762

       Then Came Michael Macnemara one of
       the subscribing Witnesses to the Within Deed before
       me the subscriber one of the Provincial Judges
       of the Province of Maryland and made Oath
       on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that
       he subscribed his Name as Witness to the within
       Deed and that he saw M.r Loyd Dulany the
       other subscribing Evidence sign his Name as
       Witness thereto, at the same TIme, and that the said
       Deed was duly executed in their Presence by the partys
       within Mentioned                        John Darnall
