178 Philpot afterwards to Wit on the Twenty first day of July in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty Did Lawfully assign Transfer and set over unto them the said Bartholomew Pomeroy Joseph Janson and other since Dead, and to whom the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson have only survived, all their the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and all theirs the aforesaid Right Title Estate Claim and Interest of and into all that Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid with all and each of its appurtenances Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth that the aforesaid Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson surviving Assignees aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds to them in hand paid by the said William Eversfield the Receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge and thereof and from every part thereof him the said William Everfield his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns do Acquit Exonerate and discharge Have granted Bargained sold aliened and Assigned and Transferred and by these presents do grant Bargain sell alien and Assign unto him the said William Everfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or Parcel of Land aforesaid so as afores.d sold or Mortgaged to the said John Philpot and by him the said |
