139 the fourteenth Day of March seventeen hundred & sixty one to cutt fell and carry off wood from the said Mortgaged Lands untill the said eighth Day of March seventeen hundred and sixty four to her own proper use and Benefit she the said Mary Woodward her Executors administrators or Assigns Yielding and paying therefore to him the said Charles Homewood his Executors adm.rs and Assigns the sum of forty pounds in Gold and silver at the Rates mentioned in the Inspection Law on or before the eighth day of Septem.r seventeen hundred and sixty three; and also the further sum of Twenty pounds in Gold and silver at the rates aforesaid on or before the eighth day of March seventeen hundred and sixty four Provided that if both or either of the s.d two Negroes should die or become incapable of Labour within the said Time that then there shall be a proportionable Deduction out of the said last mentioned sums from the Time of such Death or Inability estimating the Labour of each of them at thirteen pounds p Year And the said Charles Homewood for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant and grant to and with the said Mary Woodward her Execut.rs administ.rs and Assigns that she the said Mary Woodward her Executors Administrat.rs and Assigns shall and may from henceforth untill the said Eighth day of March seventeen hundred and sixty four quietly and peaceably have hold use take possess and |
