138 recording the said recited Mortgage of the Two Negroes aforesaid and this present Mortgage on the said eighth Day of March seventeen hundred and sixty four And further that upon Non payment thereof or of any Part thereof the said Lands Mortgaged as aforesaid by him the said Charles Homewood to the aforesaid Henry Woodward in his Life Time and every part and Parcel thereof ^shall^ stand and be security for the Payment thereof or of such Part or of such Part as shall be behind and unpaid as aforesaid and that there shall be no Redemption of that Mortgage untill Payment likewise of what shall be due upon this Mortgage But that the said Mortgaged Lands shall stand chargeable and charged as collateral security to for and with the Payment of the said sum of one hundred and one pounds eight shillings and Ten Pence half penny sterling and interest thereon and the charges of recording said recited Mortgage of the said Negroes and this Instrument of Writing as If the same had been mentioned in the condition or Proviso of the said recited Mortgage of the Lands aforesaid And the said Charles Homewood doth hereby give grant assign and Transfer to her the said Mary Woodward her Executors Administrators or Assigns the use Profit labour and Possession of the said Two Negro Men called Daniel & Coffee from henceforth untill the said Eigth Day of March seventeen hundred and sixty four and also all the Liberty Priviledge and Interest of him the said Charles Homewood under the said Recited Indenture dated on or about the |
