140 And enjoy the use Profit and Labour of the said two Negroes Men and also all the liberty and priviledge of him the said Charles Homewood in cutting falling and carying off Wood from the said Mortgaged Lands And the said Mary Woodward doth hereby covenant that upon Payment of the said one hundred and one Pounds one shilling and seven pence half penny sterling with interest thereon together with the charges of recording this and the said recited Mortgage of the Negroes aforesaid according to the condition or proviso herein contained the same two Negroes shall not only be freed and discharged of this sale but also of and from the said recited Mortgage to the aforesaid Henry Woodward of the two Negroes afd And lastly it is hereby declared by and between the said Parties that nothing herein contained shall in any Manner be construed or taken to touch or alter any claim the said Mary Woodward as Executrix afd hath or may hereafter have to demand or receive of him the said Charles Homewood the sum of Twenty Pounds sterling mentioned in the said recited indenture dated on or about the fourteenth day of March seventeen hundred and sixty one or to touch make Void or alter any claim or Right that the said Charles Homewood hath or may have to his Board in Virtue or |
