132 Bargained Sold and Conveyed and other the premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Ignatius Gardiner his Heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their own use and to no other intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Mudd for himself and his Heirs the hereby bargained and Sold Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances to the said Ignatius Gardiner and his heirs against himself the said John Mudd and his Heirs, and against all maner of persons claiming or to claim by from or under him or them shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have here unto set their hands and seals the day and Year first above written John Mudd Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of the Words (called Carnarvon) being first interlined J Hall and Edward Nicholson On the back of the aforgoing Deed was thus Written 15.th September 1762 Then came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named John Mudd and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein specified to be the Right and Estate of the within named Ignatius Gardiner his Heirs & Assigns according to the True intent and meaning thereof Jn.o Brice 7 sides Recorded September 15.th 1762 |
