131. containing in the said part Two hundred acres of Land more or less with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging with intention that the said John Mudd might be enabled to convey the same to the said Ignatius Gardiner and his Heirs Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Mudd for and in consideration of the Sum of Twenty Thousand pounds of Crop Tobacco To him in hand paid at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the said Ignatius Gardiner his Exors and Am.rs thereof and therefrom by these presents fully acquitted and discharged Hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened Remised ^Released Enfeoffed^ and Confirmed and by these presents Doth grant Bargain Sell Alien Remise Release Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Ignatius Gardiner his heirs & assigns all that part of the Tract of Land called Caernarvon lyeing in the county aforesaid included within the Liens of a Tract of Land called Farthings Pennyworth containing in the said part Two hundred Acres of Land more or Less together with all and singular the improvements profits and advantages to the same belonging and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of him the said John Mudd of into or out of the Premisses hereby conveyed or intended so to be To have and To hold the same Land hereby Bargained |
