130 his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof to I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 11.th Day of September One Thousand sixty two Mem.dm the word (& seal) was Philip Jackson (s) interlined between the fourteenth & fifteenth line before sign'd seald & Delivered in the presence of John Hall j & J G Howard One the back of the aforegoing Bond was thus Written Septemb.r 11.th 1762 Came the Within named Philip Jackson and Acknowledged the Within Instrument to be his Act & Deed according to the true intent & meaning of the same John Hall j.r 3 sides Recorded the 17.th September 1762 Exam.d This Indenture made the fifteenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty Two Between John Mudd of Charles County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one part and Ignatius Gardiner of the same county and province aforesaid planter of the other part Whereas a Common Recovery hath been had and suffered this present provincial court wherin the above named Ignatius Gardiner is Demandant and the said John Mudd Tenant to the praecipe of all that part of a Tract of Land lying in the county aforesaid called Caernarvon included within the Liens of a Tract of Land called Farthings Penny worth containing |
