singular the said Lands and premises
with the appurtenances hereby

Claim and Demand whatsoever of
him the said William Deacon
of Portsmouth in the Kingdom of England
aforesaid of in to or out
of the said Land and premisses with the
Appurtenances and of into
or out of every part and parcel thereof
To have and To hold the
said Lands Tenements and all and
Singular other the premisses
hereby granted Bargained & sold
or mentioned or intended
to be granted Bargained and sold and
every part and parcel thereof

appurtenances unto the said
Daniel Wolstenholme his Heirs
and Assigns for ever to
the only proper use and Behoof
of the said Daniel Woolstenholme

for ever, and the said Ignatius
Fenwick for himself, his Heirs
