        and Remainders and all and singular the said Lands and premises
        with the appurtenances hereby granted & every part and parcel thereof
        or which now are or formerly have been accepted, reputed, taken, known
        used, occupied, or enjoyed to or with the same or as part, parcel or
        member thereof or of any part or parcel thereof and all the Estate
        right title, interest property Claim and Demand whatsoever of
        him the said William Deacon of Portsmouth in the Kingdom of England
        aforesaid of in to or out of the said Land and premisses with the
        Appurtenances and of into or out of every part and parcel thereof
        To have and To hold the said Lands Tenements and all and
        Singular other the premisses hereby granted Bargained & sold
        or mentioned or intended to be granted Bargained and sold and
        every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their
        appurtenances unto the said Daniel Wolstenholme his Heirs
        and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof
        of the said Daniel Woolstenholme his Heirs and Assigns
        for ever, and the said Ignatius Fenwick for himself, his Heirs
        Executors and Administrators and for ever of them doth covenant
        promise and grant to and with the said Daniel Wolstenholme
        his Heirs and Assigns and to and with every of them by these
        presents that he the said Ignatius Fenwick hath good right
        full power and absolute authority to grant and convey
        the aforesaid Land and Premisses with the appurtenances unto
        the said Daniel Woolstenholme his Heirs and assigns in
