said Power of Attorney relation
being there unto had may
more fully and at large
appear in pursuance of which
power of Attorney he the
said ^Ignatius Fenwick the said^ Abraham Barnes having
left the Province and gone
to great Britain) hath sold the
Remainder of the said Land
called Chancellors point unto
the said Daniel Wolstenholme
This Indenture therefore
Witnesseth that the said
Ignatius Fenwick in Virtue of
the Power and Authority
aforesaid to him given by the said
William Deacon and for and
in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred and five
pounds three shillings sterling to
him in hand paid by the
said Daniel Wolstenholme at and
upon the sealing and delivery
of these presents the Receipt
whereof the said Ignatius
doth hereby Acknowledge and the said
Daniel from every part and
parcel thereof doth acquitt and
discharge hath granted,
bargained, sold Released and Confirmed
and by these presents doth
grant, Bargain, sell, Release
and Confirm, unto the said
David Wolstenholme his Heirs
and Assigns all that Messuage
tract or parcel of Land situate
in S.t Mary's
County in the Province of Maryland containing
Ninety Six Acres be the
same more or less and called and
Known by the Name of Chancelor's
Poynt and thereof
the said William Deacon
died siezed and possessed with
all Houses, Orchards, Meadows,
pastures, gardens, ways
waters and Water Courses,
Easements, profits, advantages
emoluments, rights, members
and appurtenances whatsoever
and the Reversion and Reversions
Remainder
