Manner and form aforesaid  And also that it shall
        and may be lawfull to and for the said Daniel Wolstenholme
        his Heirs and Assigns (the said particular Estate for
        Life being determined) from time to time and at all times
        hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter into have
        hold occupy possess and enjoy the aforesaid
        Land and premisses with the appurtenances without
        any Lawful let suit Trouble molestation eviction
        interruption or denial of him the said William Deacon
        his Heirs or assigns or of or by any ^other^ person or persons
        Lawfully Claiming or to Claim by from or under
        him them or Either of them  And free and clear and
        freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged
        or otherwise well and sufficiently saved harmless and
        indemnified of and from all former and other gifts,
        grants Bargains, Sales, Leases, Mortgages, annuities,
        forfeitures, Rents, and arrearages of Rents, Jointures
        Dower, Uses, Trusts, Wills, Intails, Recognizances,
        Judgments, Extents, Executions, and of and from all
        other Charges, Estates, titles, Troubles and incumbrances
        whatsoever had made comitted suffered or done, or to be
        had made committed suffered or done by the said
        William Deacon or of or by any Person or Persons
