seventeen hundred and sixty, and proved by the Oaths of Judson
        Coolidge and Daniel Maynadier the Witnesses thereto before Sir
        Mathew Blackistone Knight Lord Mayor of the City of London
        on the said Twenty fourth day of December in the Year aforesaid
        did nominate constitute and appoint Abraham Barnes of
        the County and province aforesaid and the said Ignatius Fenwick
        his true and lawfull Attorney giving and granting to the said
        Abraham Barnes and Ignatius Fenwick or if the said Abraham
        shall leave this Province to the said Ignatius Fenwick alone full
        Power and Authority to bargain grant sell assign and dispose of
        to any person or persons and for such sum and sums of Money
        as the said Abraham and Ignatius Joyntly or the said Ignatius
        alone in the absence of the said Abraham should think proper
        either by public auction, private sale, or otherways all and
        every the Houses Lands Negroes and other appurtenances
        Estate and Effects both real and personal whatever that he the
        said William Deacon was intitled to as Principal residuary
        or other Divisee or Legatee of the Will of the said deceased
        William Deacon Esquire either in possession reversion or
        remainder, with full power to make seal sign and execute
        in the Name of the said William Deacon or in the Name of the said
        Ignatius in the absence of the said Abraham Barnes any
        Conveyance or Assignment of the said William Deacon
        his Interest in such real and personal Estate as by the
