Exam.^d        This Indenture made this
        16.^th day of April Annoque Domini One Thousand seven
        hundred and sixty Two Between Ignatius Fenwick of
        Saint Mary's County in the Province of Maryland
        Gentleman of the one Part and Daniel Wolstenholme
        of the county and province aforesaid Esquire of the other
        part  Whereas William Deacon late of
        the county aforesaid Esquire was in his Life Time seized
        in his Demesne as of Fee in one part or parcell of land
        situate in the county aforesaid and Called and Known
        by the Name of Chancelors point containing by
        Estimation Ninety Six Acres be the same more or less
        and being so thereof seized departed this life in the Year of
        our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred hundred and fifty eight
        having first made his last Will and Testament in writing
        bearing date the 19.^th day of June in the Year last
        mentioned and therein did Devise amongst other things
        unto Mary Johnston for term of her Life the use of what
        Land the said William Deacon ^had in the Tract called Chancellors Point with remainder over unto his Nephew William Deacon^ of Porthmouth in the
        Kingdom of England and his Heirs in fee and Whereas
        also the said William Deacon of Porthmouth in the
        Kingdom of England by his letters of Attorney bearing
        date the 24.^th Day of December Anno Domini
