from the street down through the whole Depth of the Lott
        Paralell to the North West Gable End of the store at the
        Distance of Eighteen feet from the said Gable and the
        outside Brick Chimney being included in the Said
        Eighteen Feet with all Improvements on the said Lott
        or piece of Ground whatever    Together with all
        Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Improvements, Advantages
        and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lott
        of Ground belonging or in any Wise appertaining and
        the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders
        Rents Issues and profits thereof and every part and
        Parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest
        use trust Possession property claim and Demand whatsoever
        either in Law or Equity of him the said John
        Buchanan of in or to the same and every part and
        parcel thereof    To have and To Hold the said
        Lott of Ground and every ^part^ and parcel thereof with its
        Rigths Members and Appurtenances to him the said
        Ignatius Digges his Heirs and Assigns to the only
        proper Use and Behoof of the said Ignatius Digges
        his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other
        use intent or purposes Whatsoever  And the said
        John Buchanan for himself his Heirs Executors
        and Administrators doth hereby covenant & grant
