        Indenture of Release as by the said Indentures of Lease & Release
        relation being thereto had may more fully appear    And Whereas
        after default made by the said James Wardrop in Payment according
        to the Provisoes and Covenants in the said Recited Indenture of
        Release and also since the Death of the said James Wardrop
        He the said John Buchanan according to the said Recited Deed
        and their true intent and meaning, did set up and Expose to Sale
        the said part of a Lot of Ground with the appurtenances at
        public Vendue after due Notice thereof given, at which Vendue
        He the said Ignatius Digges was the best and highest Bidder
        at and for the sum of Two hundred and Ninety one Pounds
 
                Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
        the said John Buchanan for and in consideration of the said sum
        of Two hundred and Ninety one Pounds Sterling Money to him
        in hand paid by the said Ignatius Digges the Receipt
        whereof he doth hereby acknowledge  Hath Given Granted
        Bargained Sold Aliened Remised Released and Confirmed
        and by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell
        Alien Remise Release and Confirm unto the said Ignatius
        Digges his Heirs and Assigns    All that the aforesaid
        Part of a Lott of Ground in upper Marlbro on which Hands
        the store lately possessed by John M.cGruder with a Ware
        House and old Dwelling House thereon the said part of
        the Lott to be Divided from the other part by a line
