at the Time of signing and sealing these presents is
        lawfully and rightfully seized of an din the said Bargained parcel
        of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances by a good sure
        perfect and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple, and
        hath good rigth, full power, and lawfull and absolute authority
        to convey and assure the same unto him the said John Akers
        his Heirs and Assigns for ever, And lastly that he the said
        Thomas Sligh and his Heirs shall and will Warrant and
        defend the said Bargained parcel of Land with the premisses
        and Appurtenances unto him the said John Akers his
        Heirs and Assigns for ever against all and all Manner of
        person or persons whatsoever  In Witness
        Whereof the said Thomas Sligh hath hereunto set his
