and confirm unto him the
said John Akers his Heirs &
Assigns for ever, all that
part of a Tract of Land called Mountanys
Neck lying and being in
the county aforesaid, which is contained
within the following Metes
and bounds Courses and Distances Viz
Beginning at the end of
the last line except the given
line of that part of said
tract of Land heretofore sold and conveyed
by the said Thomas Sligh,
unto a certain Alexander Stewart
And running thence south
fifty five degrees East Ten Perches
North Nineteen degrees East
seventeen perches, North fifty five
degrees West Ten perches,
untill it intersects the aforesaid
Stewarts part, and then
bounding thereon by a streight line
unto the place of beginning
containing one acre more or less,
Together all rights Proffits,
benefits, Priviledges and Advantages
Premisses and Appurtenances
to the said Bargained parcel
of Land belonging or in
any wise appertaining To
Have and to Hold the said
Bargained parcel of Land
with the Premisses and Appurtenances
unto him the said
John Akers his Heirs and
Assigns for ever, and to his
and their only proper use
and Behoof And the said
Thomas Sligh for himself
and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant
Grant and agree to and with
the said John Akers his Heirs
and Assigns in manner and
form following that is to say
That the said Bargained
parcells of Land with the premisses
and Appurtenances is free
and clear of and from all maner
of former or other Gifts,
Grants, Bargains, Sales,
Leases, Jointers, Dowers,
Mortgages, Entails, or other
Incumbrances whatsoever,
That he the said Thomas Sligh
